Fuel Injection Pump Overhaul

Fuel injection pumps – fuel boosters are heart of the diesel engines and one of the most important part deliver fuel into cylinders through fuel valves.

For proper combustion, fuel to be injected to cylinder at correct time and precise quantity with enough pressure. Therefore combustion occurs when sprayed fuel mixed with hot compressed air.

VITA offer services for both MC and ME-C engine fuel pumps as well as Sulzer RTA pumps for below scopes where applicable:

Overhauling of the puncture valve, suction valve, shock absorber and top cover.

Replacing all seals, o-rings and gaskets.

Inspection of plunger barrels.

Overhauling and adjustment VIT actuators and VIT control components.

Measurement of the fuel pump cam lead.

Crack test of relevant components.

Fuel pump lifting gear inspection.

Fuel pump roller inspection and overhaul.

Timing adjustmeng of the Sulzer RTA fuel pumps
